Our values are; curiosity, creativity, courage, connection, accomplishment, recognition, growth
We model our values through our behaviours (ask us about these) and establish our intention by aiming to not compete on differences but to collaborate through similarities.
I have a boundless curiosity, which has led me to work in so many roles from customer service to events, youth work, as a support worker for adult and children with learning disabilities and working with one of Europe’s leading learning disability theatre companies.
All this led me to the varied work I now engage in through InkBlot Films, which also includes volunteering with Guild of Media Arts York, York Sharks Wheelchair basketball club and supporting WetWheels Yorkshire in tech from time to time.

No one day is ever the same and I'm constantly surprised by the types of projects I work on and who I collaborate with to produce new work (much to the frustration of business planning).
I'm especially fulfilled when projects straddle the balance between ambitious creativity, social benefits and group engagement or facilitation. Ever so often, I find myself on public consultation projects, working on aspects of digital placemaking which is always exciting and imaginative.
Supporting individuals and organisations in becoming more comfortable with media production by taking a genuine interest in the passions behind personal and shared interests, with the goal of bringing positive change to our world.
Knowledge and skills should be shared.
All the work and efforts I put into making a social impact on our world or capture a moment in time and place, especially photographing spaces in 360, and experiencing the impact of community projects on the lives of those we seek to support and work with.
With clarity, ambition and simplicity.
My aim is to make the experience in working with inkBlot Films smooth, simple and hassle-free, with all information readily available in one place to all parties so there's always a point of reference and as little as possible gets lost in the dialogue.
