I am a marketing specialist dedicated to supporting small business owners and helping them to maximise their success through marketing.
I start with questions, to get a really good understanding of what makes the business tick, I ask about everything, warts and all which helps me to unearth problems and opportunities.
I use this information to make recommendations - on what can be done to improve the business and how some of the problems can be solved.
I work alongside my clients to prioritise the activity and very often, I continue to work with them on a longer term basis to manage this activity through on their behalf.
My clients really value the relationship we build and recognise that I will go the extra mile to look out for them, its like having your own marketing manager, without the price tag.
My services are right for small businesses who recognise the importance of marketing but aren't ready to employ a marketing person just yet. I can bridge that gap.
I am a broad marketeer with a strategic focus. Everything starts with the business and its unique challenges, the product or service they offer and the customers that they serve. I have spent my whole career (24 years!) in marketing, both in small business and big businesses. My heart has always been with small business and I'm proud to have started my own and to be supporting others in my community.

I really enjoy helping my clients to achieve their goals. Marketing can seem really confusing and my mission is to demystify it, and help people to understand what they should do next and more importantly why. This gives them the confidence to take steps forward, to grow their business, which could involve them reinvesting some of their profits in marketing. I make sure that this is done in a measured, planned way so that the budget is put to the best possible use to meet their objectives. I love the sense of achievement I get from helping my clients in this way, and the trusted relationship that we build along the way.

I'm proud of myself for taking the leap out of paid employment and setting up on my own. It's a rollercoaster but I love it!
I like to build up a relationship with my clients, so they know that they can rely on me and trust me. Although I do the majority of work remotely, I also think it's important to meet face to face in the beginning and regularly depending on the nature of the work. I keep my clients informed with what they need to know, and I am always if they need me. I also bring in specialist 3rd party suppliers where required and manage them through so my client only needs to deal with 1 person.
